In accordance with Section 25, Paragraph One of the Law on the Management of the Spread of Covid-19 Infection, the State Centre for Defence Logistics and Procurement shall purchase epidemiological safety ensuring resources (personal protective equipment, medical devices, and other goods), as well as services of the laboratory testing of the aforementioned goods in a centralised manner.
Categories and volumes of the epidemiological safety ensuring resources to be purchased have been stipulated in the Cabinet Regulation No. 308 of 13 May 2021 “Regulations Regarding the Epidemiological Safety Ensuring Resources Necessary for the Authorities Included in the List of the Priority Authorities and Needs”.
Range of the resources required for the containment of spread of the Covid-19 and the criteria to be set for the ensuring thereof shall be summarised and determined by the State Fire and Rescue Service in cooperation with the health sector specialists based on the requirements of all the authorities involved in the containment of spread of the Covid-19.
